The Elk City Arts Council was incorporated as a non-profit March 27, 2000 in the state of Oklahoma with the motivation to encourage and promote the arts in all of its many facets and forms locally.

We have continuously conducted the Summer Arts program partnering with the Elk City Public Schools, sponsored live concerts partnering with the Oklahoma Arts Council, and provided scholarships to local high school seniors interested in the pursuit of the arts.
