Elk City Arts Council strives to promote the arts in Western Oklahoma. We meet our mission by sponsoring presenters such as the Oklahoma City Philharmonic, Edgar Cruz (Guitar Extraordinaire) and “The President’s Own” Marine Corp Band. Elk City Arts Council partners with the Elk City Convention and Visitors Bureau to help bring art to Western Oklahoma.
